Wagers must be funded from funds held in your Playhub account. Wagers placed from funds not in your account will be considered invalid. Only confirmed wagers are counted toward wagering turnover. Winnings and withdrawals are subject to verification and may be withheld pending completion of security checks. All bets and wagers are subject to the rules of the specific game or product and to applicable regional law.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your account or supported contact channels. Playhub reserves the right to request information to verify identity, payment methods, and provenance of funds before approving withdrawals. If you fail to comply, Playhub may withhold, reduce or reverse winnings. Withdrawals are paid using the original funding method where possible; if not feasible, Playhub may offer an alternative method. Processing times vary by method and jurisdiction and shall be disclosed at the time of withdrawal.
Promotional credits and bonuses are subject to specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are not withdrawable until conditions are met. Typical conditions include a turnover requirement calculated on a combination of deposited funds and bonus amounts. Each promotion has its own expiry and eligible game types; only eligible games contribute toward turnover as specified in the promotion terms. The records of Playhub regarding bets, payments and game outcomes are final unless proven erroneous by a regulatory authority or as otherwise required by applicable law. Cheating, use of automated software, collusion, sharing accounts, manipulation of game data, and any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Services are strictly prohibited. Playhub may terminate or suspend accounts and forfeit balances, with possible referral to authorities where required by law.
All content on the Services is the exclusive property of Playhub or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal entertainment purposes. These Terms and the relationship between you and Playhub shall be governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction applicable to Playhub. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction or by applicable regulatory procedures, as determined by the governing law.
You may close your Playhub account at any time by following the closure process. Playhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms or for regulatory or risk reasons. Upon termination, you may be entitled to only the remaining balance after all pending transactions are settled and any applicable obligations are fulfilled. If an account has a positive balance or pending withdrawals at the time of closure, funds may be frozen for a period not exceeding six (6) months, after which Playhub may revoke the remaining balance if not claimed, subject to applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of Playhub to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Playhub regarding the Services.
